Date: 03/22/2000 9:44 AM Subject: Proposed Regulation FD I would like to voice my support for the proposed regulation banning selective disclosure. Though I am a new investor, it is apparent that the investing world has radically changed over the past few years. During this period, an increasingly larger number of individuals have begun to manage their own financial future, making their own decisions on what equities to invest in. This has primarily been made possible by the advent of the internet. I am confident that I would not be as heavily vested as I am if not for the amount and quality of information readily available to me. My financial future, and the financial future of millions of other individual investors depends on the continued availability of that information. Selective disclosure limits the quality of this information and threatens the existence of what is available. This regulation would further improve and preserve the information available to all investors, not just the select few with the right connections. Thank you.
