Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

To whom it may concern,
     
As an individual investor, I am all for the proposed Regulation FD.
To me the notion of selective disclosure has always seemed antithetical 
to a fairness in the marketplace.  I hope this regulation will be 
passed, so all investors can be on an equal informational footing.
