Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Gentlemen,
I am a small investor and I feel strongly that it is imperative that 
disclosure be made in such a manner that all investors regardless of size 
have an equal opportunity to use the information to the best of their 
ability. This country and it's economic system are made strong  by the 
principals of fairness and free flow of information.
