Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I am an individual investor.  I have always felt like I was at a considerable 
disadvantage in my investment decisions because I am not privy to information 
that analysts and others who curry the favor of companies are.  I very much 
support full disclosure to the public, company information that is now given to 
the select few in advance.  Let's level the playing field.  Sincerely,  William
