Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

All investors, public and private, institutional and individual should have 
access to the same information at the same time to make the playing field 
level.
     
Allowing a few institutional investors and analysts to get public information 
before the general investing public is just like allowing insider information 
to be used by company employees, family or friends, to make a decision with 
information not available to the general investor.
     
Please fix this inequity.
