Date: 12/17/1999 11:11 AM Subject: Proposed Regulation FD Thank you, thank you. Please make sure the new rules are put into action. It's long past time to allow all investors to get the same level of information for making investment decisions. Several times in recent years I have received bad advice from brokers because they wanted to maintain their selective relationship with companies. I know bad decisions and wrong choices are part of the investment equation. But it's time to allow the investors know what is really happening without the "spin" supplied by brokerage houses. If I make a bad choice, that's my problem. If I make it because I listened to a broker who was trying to stay in the good graces of the CFO of the company, then I have been cheated. Sincerely, Bryan Johnston
