Fair Disclosure, that is no selective disclosure, is the onl;y fair way to run 
the public markets.
     
Conference calls to institutions who move the market before releasing the 
information to the public is unfair cheating on the part of the institutions, 
and should be prohibited as set out in proposed Reg. FD.
