Date: 03/21/2000 6:29 PM Subject: Proposed Regulation FD As a small individual investor I would like to voice support of proposed legislation which would stop the terrible practice of "selective disclosure" by companies to Wall Street annalysts and institutional investors. Not only is this practice merely "not fair", it seriously treatens the credebility of the open market system by which equities are traded. If I am a partial owner of a company, I should be entitled to as great an understanding of that company's worth as any other share holder, let alone some institution which is merely debating an investment in my company. I hope that as servents of this democratic country, the SEC will make all efforts to ban all forms of "selective disclosure" in the future and level the playing feild for all.
