Subject: SEC Public Disclosure of Company Information 

It's about time that the little guy has a chance to receive company 
information as the Brokers.  Investing should have a level playing 
feild.  If one grou gets information (positive or negative) about a 
company first he can exploit it to everyone elses disadvantage.  Do it
