I appreciate your efforts on behalf of the individual investor to make 
company information available to all, not just a select few. 
Therefore, I encourage the establishment of full disclosure.  The 
current situation gives too much of an advantage to the institutions 
and large investors.  I  encourage the SEC to stand up to the special 
interest and make this a  reality.  As a private citizen and 
individual investor, I believe that I should be included in full 
disclosure of all information by all publicly traded companies.
