Subject: Proposed rules for selective disclosure - it's about time, a
 
It's a shame that it took so long to try and right an obviously huge 
inequity in marketplace. In fact, the proposals don't go far enough. The 
release of material corporate information should only occur outside 
trading hours, or the stock's trading halted for the day (including 
after-hours trading). Individual investors cannot be expected to have 
the time to sit in on release of information, because most of us have 
jobs.
