Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear Sir;
     
My name is Jerry Hoekstra and I am an private investor.  I highly recommend 
that the proposed regulation for fair disclosure be passed as a requirement 
for all companies give equal disclosure to the public investor.  This is one 
thing that has been overlooked for a long time and needs to be corrected. It 
has created a very unequitable condition in the market place in favor of 
institutional and broker operations.  If you are concerned about the average 
American investor, then something has to be done.
