Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I am a Canadian.  I invest heavily in the US stocks, 
mostly because I could get relevant information about 
companies.  However I still try to stay from companies 
that do not treat individual investors with respect by 
refusing to disclose information publicly.  With new 
rules to combat selective disclosure, it would give me 
more confidence to invest.  Way to go SEC.
