Subject: Selective disclosure
 
As an individual investor, I wholeheartedly agree with your proposed rule change
regarding selective disclosure. Full and equal access to company information is 
not only fair, but it would remove the implication of insider collusion that is 
being perpetuated by brokerages and analysts. Thank you Mr. Levitt!
