Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I am strongly in favor of the proposed regulation for fair disclosure of 
information.  As Mr. Levitt has said, the basic principle of fairness 
deserves no less.  Please do not heed to the inevitable attempts by the 
securities industry and its analysts to protect their favored position in 
the current system.  The concept of selective disclosure of information 
should be abhorrent to anyone interested in maintaining fair and open 
markets.  Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion on this 
important matter.
