Subject: I support disclosure

I support the new regulations requiring public disclosure being provided to all 
stockholders with the same opportunity as brokers and market analysts.  Everyone
knows that by the time a broker changes a rating, they have already taken a 
major position, primarily due to inside information disclosed at private 
meetings with management.  Then they issue their rating change so that the 
market will follow and further improve their position.
     
This is ridiculous.  Bill Gates has been much less monopolistic.
