Subject: Proposed Regulation FD, Comments

To: SEC Chairman Levitt,
Congratulations on proposing the regulation  to open the flow of 
"insider" information from Companies  to ALL investors at the SAME TIME. 
The present practice of a companies selectively giving insider 
information to brokers and analysts, before public disclosure,  is 
surely one of  the most unfair practices.
     
Thanks for proposing to level the playing field,  for me and other 
"SECOND CLASS" investors who must now do their own  research without all 
the facts the "FIRST CLASS" brokers, institutions, and analysts get 
before us.
