Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

To Whom It May Concern:
     
I am very encouraged to see the SEC considering leveling the playing 
field for individual investors when it comes to disclosure of material 
information.  It is very important that individuals have the same 
opportunities to evaluate investments that any other entity has 
access to.  Without this valuable information individuals will be at 
a disadvantage.
     
I am sure that the large investment firms will spend millions of 
dollars lobbying against this proposed regulation.  I hope that the 
SEC will continue to keep the needs of all investors, regardless of 
affiliation, in mind when making such important decisions.
