Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

The proposal to require corporations to disclose material information in a 
public forum, and not only to a select audience, is timely and important.  More 
individuals are directly making trading decisions on their investments and 
require maximum information.  I applaud your initiative to level the playing 
field.
