Date: 03/21/2000 8:11 PM Subject: Proposed Regulation FD Dear Sir, I believe in the regulation in which must make public the information they give to securities analyst within a short period of time. It could be press release or on their web site. This would preclude inside information to change the market and people make money on this information. This would allow everyone to be on level plays as the Motley Fools says. The securities industry is only trying maintain the same control over information before the Internet which allows for a level playing for all investors. It may hurt some analyst as they would not be all knowing which they tend to be. I would hope that you approve the regulation so that we can keep companies honest and the big investors from getting inside so they can make on that information while the small investors don't have the information for making decision on the market and that company. They should either do a press release but the best is to put on the Internet so everyone can read it and then make informed decisions. I am a small investor and I am not part of the securities industry. Sincerely yours, Marvin George 1233 E Katherine Drive Sierra Vista, AZ 85635 520-458-8217
