Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

This e-mail contains my own personal opinion regarding proposed regulation 
FD.  I am in favor of allowing individual investors access to the same 
financial information as the large brokerages and institutional investors. 
As a small investor, it is not prudent for me to pay large commissions to 
full service brokers for advice I should be able to obtain independently 
from any public company I may be interested in investing in.  It also 
concerns me that through selective disclosure, brokerages may be more likely 
to give a good rating or "buy" status to a company in order to ensure future 
selective disclosure. 
     
If this regulation is passed, I would hope that the information would be 
available publicly through a press release, upon calling the company or 
through the internet which is more accessible for me than listening in on a 
conference call.
