Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

As an independent investor, I have been distressed for some time about 
the selective disclosure of information; disclosure to which I do not 
have access to assist me in my investment decisions.
     
I totally and fully support the SEC's action on remedying this anomalous 
situation.
