Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Just wanted to take a moment to express my enthusiatic support of Proposed 
Regulation FD.  The market at large is becoming much more accessible to the 
public at large, as it should, and "fair disclosure" is an essential 
component in this new accessibility.
