Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Thank you, Mr. Levitt, for the things you have changed the last several 
years, and for this latest proosed regulation FD, to help the individual 
investor get a fair shake in the market place.
     
One other thing that is really important to me is the rip off to 
individual  investers  of the 12B1 fees.   I try and tell people the 
funds companies are sucking a large part of your earnings.  They should 
have to disclose, in plan english, the loss of funds in a portfolio over 
twenty years,
based on $10,000.00 investment.
