Subject: Violations of disclosure rules=insider trading in THQI.

Gentlemen/Ladies:
     
As a holder of THQ Inc. stock (THQI), I would like to register my great 
displeasure with the events of the past few days, in which selective 
disclosure of projected earnings decreases to a few analysts led to 
massive selling by those "in the know."  I am just a small stockholder, so 
I was not in the know and am left with a large loss.
     
There are rumors on the Internet that another stock I own is experiencing 
the same sort of activity, based on huge losses in a rising market.  It is 
Solectron Corp. (SLR).
     
I would appreciate anything that could be done to stop these unfair 
practices.  Good or bad news should not ever be made know to select 
individuals who can trade in advance of the general public.
