Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

As a regular user of "Best-Calls" to gain access to publicly traded 
companies'
conference calls, I applaud the change in regulations for full 
disclosure for
the individual investor to take part in the previously 
"behind-closed-doors'
privileged information.
     
The change in the rules, if done properly, would be a great benefit for 
those individual investors who are savvy enough to use the knowledge 
wisely and form their own investment decisions.
     
With equal and timely access to the same news, the "small guy" 
will also have the chance to benefit from information releases 
and be able to take advantage of a situation at the same time 
as major institutional investors/analysts for brokerage firms.
