Subject: Selective Disclosure

Gentlemen:
    I am an individual investor and I believe that as things are now, the 
individual investor is certainly at a disadvantage. In all fairness to the 
millions of people that have made, owning stock, a part of their finances, I 
believe that "Selective Disclosure" is not doing the right thing. Please let 
the individual investor have a chance to be able to make decisions based on 
knowledge of companies who's stock they make a part of their finances.
