I am an individual investor and i support fair disclosure regulation. 
I belive it will be a stablizing factor to US markets.
Please dont be undully influenced by the market anylist lobby folks 
They make their living on insider info.
You and i pay, With an unstable market.
passing the fair disclosure regulation is the right thing to do.
