Subject: Proposed Rule: Selective Disclosure and Insider Trading

Mr. Levitt,
     
This is my vote in support of your proposed new legislation for full 
disclosure of information. 
     
It is mandatory that every individual be 100% responsible for their 
investment decisions. To do that, I would like to be assured that I have free 
and easy access to information from any and all companies that I might invest 
in, and in a timely manner.
     
Thank you, and please push this legislation for 'the people whose money is 
buying those equities'.
