Subject: Fair Disclosure Rule

Hello,
     
I am writing in complete support of the Fair Disclosure rule.  It is unfortunate
that the SEC now, is forced by events to buttress the rule of law.  The law, of 
course, the Securities Act of 1933, required "full and fair disclosure."  
     
Please keep and vigorously enforce the rule to ensure a level playing field in 
the securities markets.
