Subject: Proposed Regulation FD
 
     
As an investor in the Market I am appalled that this selective disclosure 
practice is allowed to happen. If I didn't actually read about it I wouldn't 
believe it actually happens. It gives much credence to the saying; "it's not 
what you know but who you know". Please put an end to this practice so the 
little guy has the same chance as these financial giants.
