Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

The proposed regulation would go far to allow the owners of companies (the 
public) unfiltered information currently available only to a select few. Most 
often the "select few" are not even stock holders in these companies but 
brokers to owners or potiential owners.
     
As an individual investor I commend the SEC on this proposed regulation. 
These are "public" companies; this information should be fully available to 
the public.
