Subject: Proposed Regulation FD
 
I am encouraged by the fact that the SEC is taking up Full Disclosure as 
something corporations should comply with.  I think the current system is as 
bad as insider trading could ever be.  All investors should have equal 
access to the same information at the same time.  As it is now, only a few 
privileged people get advanced warning when a company is heading for rough 
waters.  The few have the opportunity to get out early (while the stock 
price is still high) and leave the small investors holding the (empty money) 
bag.
