Bravo, SEC!!!
     
As a budding individual investor, thank you for taking steps to level 
the playing field, and take away the unfair advantages enjoyed by the 
fat cats who benefit from selective disclosure.  While I know they will 
lobby long and hard, and spend way more money than I could ever afford 
to to convince you not to implement this regulation, on behalf of 
individual investors everywhere, I implore you to continue to find ways 
to protect the interests of individual investors (and consequently, the 
market as a whole).
