Subject: Selective disclosure

As an individual investor, I completely support the new rules you are 
putting in place to combat selective disclosure.  This is the only way to 
level the playing field between brokerage firms and individual investors. 
Why should the rich get richer only because they have access to certain 
information that individual shareholders do not?  To close the 
"digital-divide,"  the stock market is a good place to start.
