Date: 03/21/2000 8:08 PM Subject: I support S7-31-99 I would like to add my support to the Selective Disclosure and Insider Tradeing proposal S7-31-99 submitted the the SEC. I think that is it unfair that analysts and institutional buyers are able to sit in on, listen to and act on information before it becomes public. That gives them time to buy or sell any security before I or any other personal investor receives the information. In my opinion, that is insider trading at its finest and should be a crime. These analysts get paid handsomely to pick stocks. Let them earn it just like I do and without any EXTRA help. Sincerely, Wayne Britt
