Subject: Proposed regulation FD

Sir:
This is to let you know that I am in favor of the proposed rule requiring 
that whenever a company intentionally discloses material information, it does 
so through public , not selective, disclosure.
     
Also whenever a company learns it has made a non-intentional material 
selective disclosure, it makes prompt public disclosure of that information.
     
This is the only way that the small investor can learn about a companies and 
have the full advantage, along with the selective parties, to act upon the 
news be it positive or negative.
