Subject: Proposed Regulation FD
 
I'm writing to show my support for the proposed change to the 
regulations on full disclosure.  As an individual investor, I would 
appreciate a level playing field, where all information is truly public. 
I hope the SEC will continue to press for this and other changes that 
will eliminate the built-in advantage that the large Wall St firms hold 
when it comes to playing in the capital markets.
