I'm a business management consultant. My job is to help small private companies prosper honestly. I also do a little investing on my own, online. May I humbly submit that the only thing that surpasses the current scandalous method of information disclosure by companies is the criminal way IPO's are handled. Please do something about IPO's as well. Currently I find nothing public about an initial offering. It is both private and selective. It is detrimental to the company and the general public. It favors the institutional purchasers and the brokers at the expense of the unaware public. NOT GOOD! Can someone spell class action lawsuit on behalf of millions of people that lost millions primarily because a lopsided playing field? What investor online or off, for that matter, would not jump on? If some sharp lawyer is capable of convincing people that it was tobacco that injured them and not their own irresponsibility, what will they do with the current "FD & IPO" scandalous system? What will the public think of the powers to be that knew about the problem and did nothing to change it? NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR INTRODUCING THE "FD" LEGISLATION AND IF YOU SHOULD FIND MY ASSISTANCE TO BE OF ANY VALUE, I AM WILLING TO DONATE 2 HRS OF MY TIME/WEEK, GRATIS, FREE. I WILL BE GLAD TO COUNT, FILE, READ, OR MAKE PHONE CALLS. NO CHARGE. My most appreciative encouragement goes out to you. Guy Barone
