Subject: Proposed Legislation FD

Please recognize the tremendous importance the concept of free-flow-of- 
information plays in our society.  Public access to information is what 
makes this country great.  What better epitomizes the need for this 
information than the "publicly owned company?"  The American investor 
deserves equal access to this information and dissimination should be 
fair to all parties.  Isn't it true that a well informed public creates 
the best form of Democracy?
