Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I fully agree with the proposed rule of fair disclosure. I would also like 
to express my appreciation for SEC's push to use clear English and would 
like to see it pushed into further clarity and less obfuscation. Thank you 
for the opportunity to express my view and further democratize American 
Capitalism.
