Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Fair Disclosure is essential for individual investors. 
I hope this rule is implemented instead of becoming a 
casualty to dirty wall street money.
The idea that some analyst has greater access to 
information concerning a company that *I* partially 
own is extremely unfair. And the idea that this 
information is used to help big institutional clients 
manipulate stock prices is downright illegal.
     
I hope the SEC does the morally right thing here!
