Subject: Stop SEC rule changes governing shareholder resolutions

Dear SEC representative,
     
I would like to request that you stop the proposed SEC rules governing 
shareholder resolutions. It is extremely important that the opportunity for 
issues that may not represent a large portion of corporate revenue, yet may 
have far reaching social and environmental value not be undermined.  The 
proposed rule changes would only heighten corporate decision making based on 
profit alone, rather than taking into consideration what is good for society 
as a whole.
