Subject: No to changes in shareholder resolutions rules

Dear Secretary Katz,
     
        I am appalled at the proposals to limit the ability of
shareholders to question corporate policy.  The proposed changes 
effectively silence any opinion differing from corporate leadership, 
opinions which often functions as an early warning on important issues. 
The new rules are so stringent that almost all share holders will have 
absolutely no influence with the corporations they own.  Please do not 
change the rules.
