Dear Securities and Exchange Commission (Chairman Levitt):
     
We strongly object to the proposed rule changes, which would further 
limit stockholders' rights to file resolutions concerning corporate 
policies.   Please oppose the proposed rules and help protect 
shareholders' rights.
