Mr. Katz
     
It is not in the public interest in giving any more power to the special 
person called Corporation.  It is vital that those who own it should be 
able to call the management to account for their management.  We are in 
such a mad delusion to get to the promised land called the "market 
force" that will solve all our problems that we forget to understand 
that government has been necessary to protect the public from the power 
of runaway private greed.
