Subject: Regulation to obstruct Social Concerns from Stockholder Meet Date: 11/25/97 1:03 PM As an investor, I am against a rule to obstruct social, environmental concerns at stockholder meetings- at the very least, for companies doing business in social, environmental, health, agricultural, educational, or other humanitarian area. Quality of life concerns should be addressed in the annual report and at meetings. A company's good will with employees and the general public is critical in today's society and culture, even for the long term success of that company. Donald B.
