Any new regulation which would limit the influence of small shareholders is 
a disservice to the vast majority of people who hold stock in public 
corporations.  The whole point of a public corporation is that the 
stockholders have a strong say in the policies of that company; essentially 
to hold sway on the board of directors.  These new rules would only benefit 
those who already control (through large share amounts) the board chairs 
and members.  
     
Please say no to these new rules and say yes to the little guy who cares.
