     First thing is to enforce the rules you have on the books right now.  
Any person who breaks the law you have to send them to PRISON and any money 
they make by fraud has to be taking away even there big mansion treat them 
just like a drug dealer would be treated.  
 
     Make the new rules little guy friendly.   On Naked short selling I am 
In PCBM and that stock is so shorted that the SEC should have never allowed 
such a thing to happen even with the rules they have now.  
 
     When rules are set they have to be enforced or it will not do any good 
to make new rules now that does make sence.
