To Whom it may concern:


As a prolific inventor and holder of 9 U.S. Patents (so far), I am in favor 
of your new proposed Regulation SHO, because I can feel confident that I can 
take my inventions to market without falling victim to illegal short selling 
of my stock, sending me, and my company and our products in a downward death 
spiral as has happened to so many other good little OTC companies.

With regulation SHO in place, I will have the incentive to get into the market 
with my consumer product lines.

Without any effective regulations of illegal naked shorts, I will just continue
 working my day-job for the National Labs here in New Mexico.
